where BLUES crosses over ...
Ruf Records releases its 10th Anniversary sampler! The international Blues label (located in Germany) presents a choice of 11 songs from their latest releases. Famous Ruf artists like Walter Trout or Luther Allison can be found on this CD, as well as promising young artists like Ian Parker, Aynsley Lister or Ana Popovic. There are artists like Friend 'n Fellow who accompany Ruf Records already for many years, but also new artists like Omar & The Howlers or the Imperial Crowns, who have just signed their deal with Ruf. The compilation shows therefore a nice snapshot how Ruf Records looks like after 10 years in the music business.
